Porta Associates & EIG Global Trust
Through its alliance with Porta Associates (UK), Alpine Advisory is seeking qualified North American deal flow on behalf of EIG Global Trust in sectors aligned with EIG’s investment paradigm. The focus is on larger-scale projects—generally $100M and above, and at minimum $50M–$75M—where hard assets, revenue visibility, strategic importance, and sponsor credibility are already evident. Priority areas include power and energy infrastructure, water and environmental systems, transportation and logistics assets, export-oriented industrial projects, and other government-aligned opportunities capable of supporting structured capital, equity, or hybrid financing solutions. Alpine’s role is to originate, screen, and help shape these opportunities for investment readiness in collaboration with Porta and its capital partners.
